Community Bank Mankato has announced a transition in its board governance and executive leadership following the passing of founder Quentin Beadell.
Carolyn Beadell will assume the role of chairman of the board, while Bob Beadell has been appointed president.
The bank also announced two leadership appointments involving longtime officers. Mike Ogaard has been named chief executive officer, and Jodi Schull has been named chief lending officer.
The new leadership structure is effective immediately.
According to Community Bank Mankato, the transition is intended to continue the bank’s longstanding focus on community-based financial services while establishing its leadership structure for the future.
The bank also reaffirmed its commitment to remaining locally and family owned for generations to come.
